Our watches are guaranteed for 2 years.

Warranty support and conditions are issued by the manufacturer.

The warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase will be necessary for the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

Are Pixies jewelry gold?

Some of our designer jewels (Pixies, ZAG, ClioBlue) are in 316L steel or 925 silver. We also have a whole range signed Pixies in Gold (375 or 750 thousandths) and in Silver.

My jewel is broken, does it come under warranty?

No, the guarantee covers any faulty workmanship, breakage due to inappropriate use does not come under the guarantee conditions...
